Florida Real Estate License
Florida approved, 63-hour real estate course is required. A couple schools we recommend are IFREC (https://www.ifrec.com/courses/real-estate-sales-associate/pre-license/) and Bob Hogue (http://www.bobhogue-school.com/sales/classroom.html). Cost is $295 – $449.
For an online course, The CE Shop (https://kwu.theceshop.com/florida/pre-licensing/fl-sales-associate-pre-licensing-cost) is a good one to consider. Feel free to use KW20 to get 20% off if they don’t have a better offer available. Bob Hogue and IFREC, above, also offers an online course. Cost is $100 – $299.
State license fee is $89. Apply early. They do background checks, including unpaid, out-of-state fines.
Take the state license exam. Exam Fee is $31.50 through Pearson. Finger print cost about $75.
Orlando Regional Realtors® Association
