In June, the price of a home in Orlando rose yet again compared to the same time last year. However, both home sales and inventory dropped compared to June 2017. The Annual Median Price of a home in Orlando in June was $239,180, which is a 7% jump compared to last June. A total of 3,451 homes sold during the month – a decrease of 11% compared to last year. The limited number of homes available for sale in Orlando continues to challenge would-be buyers. Compared to 2017, the number of homes on the market has dropped by 17% with only 7,558 homes currently available for sale.
