Orlando Home Prices for October 2018

Orlando’s Housing MarketThe number of home sales decreased by a fraction compared to the same time last year, while the inventory of homes available for purchase experienced a small decline. The annual median price of a home in Orlando for October was $228,750, which is a 4% jump compared to October 2017. A total of 2,910 homes sold during this month, is a decrease of less than 1% compared to last year.

Would be buyers continue to be challenged by the limited number of homes available for sale in Orlando. Compared to October 2017, the number of homes in the market has dropped by 2%, with only 8,272 homes currently available for sale.
