During the month of October, Orlando’s Housing Market once again saw its year-over-year median price increase. The number of home sales decreased by a fraction compared to the same time last year, while the inventory of homes available for purchase experienced a small decline. The annual median price of a home in Orlando for October was $228,750, which is a 4% jump compared to October 2017. A total of 2,910 homes sold during this month, is a decrease of less than 1% compared to last year.
