We are first time homebuyers and Tim was awesome! He was extremely responsive, more than we could have hoped actually! I would decide I wanted to view a house while at work and Tim was able to make it happen that same day almost every time. He was also patient, no pressure at any point, even as the amount of houses we viewed grew! Hopefully it will be several years until we need to buy our next home but I’d love to work with Tim again one day if that’s possible!
