This team of agents was professional from start to finish. My realtor, Ron Johnson, always took my phone call and helped with any issues that came up. Once an offer was accepted, the support staff in the office provided detailed and timely information on each step of the process. The owner, Jean, even met me to perform the pre-closing walk through and went with me to closing just in case I had any questions or issues. My purchase was a small condo under 300k. Joann Harbour and Jean Scott provided me with platinum level service with the recent sale of my home. I was guided through each stage of the sale like I was their only client. Two things that impressed me were: - I was called and consulted on each decision that was needed from beginning to end: even calling to check if I needed help with anything. - Every aspect of the sale was explained in detail and at the closing Joann ensured I understood each document before signing. Joann and Jean both followed up with me after the sale to ensure I knew what actions I needed to take, such as cancelling the homeowners insurance and providing new address to mortgage company for the escrow refund. I recently bought my first home with Jean Scott Homes. They went above and beyond my expectations of buying a home for the first time. The line of communication was never closed. All of my questions and concerns were answered in an expeditious manner. I was kept up to date every week, if not daily of the progress, what was expected from me, as well as what was expected of the realty team and what was to come. My realtor Luis Qunitero was absolutely wonderful he was very patient, understanding, helpful, and took the time to listen to our wants and needs for our new home. 7 years ago I wrote this review: Jean has helped me sell two home and I would highly recommend her. Both times she gave a thorough analysis of the pricing and neighborhood information. She helps prepare and list the home for the best exposure and both houses sold within two weeks. She makes what is usually a painful process pretty painless. And now in 2023 Jean's team has helped me sell ANOTHER house. Rachel gave us excellent guidance about how to prepare the house to get ready to show the house in the best light. Her practical advice about what needed to be addressed, and what wasn't a priority allowed us to get on the market and get an offer quickly.
