How do I look up wetlands in Seminole County, FL?

- Go to the Seminole County Property Appraiser’s Website,
- Search for the property either by address, if available, or parcel ID,
- Click on “Show Map” and zoom out one or two clicks,
- On the top right, select the layers icon,
- Under “Environmental”, select “Wetlands (FWS)”.
- The areas that are determined to be wetlands are in green.
