This was a tall order, but with Rachel Pope and the entire Jean Scott team, we were able to get our home under contract in the first weekend, close in less than 6 weeks, and receive asking price with limited concessions on our end. While the process was not a smooth one, for reasons outside of Jean Scott Homes' or our control, when we needed additional support, Rachel and the team always had our backs. They were professional, prompt, and knew their stuff. We had over 20 people view our home at the open house and received multiple offers. Our photos of our home were perfect, as was the video and other promotional materials. On top of that, we had no hiccups with the appraisal. Rachel proposed a value that was spot on and used her experience and training to back it up. Overall I cannot recommend them enough.
