The Orlando Regional REALTOR Association dropped its newest State of the Market update.
During the month of July 2022 the Orlando housing market inventory has increased compared to the same month last year, in addition, the median price increased while sales decreased by a total of 3,309 homes sold during the month a tally that is 21 less than the 4,183 sales in the same month during 2021.
The median price of an Orlando home sold in July 2022 was $380,900 which is a 19 increase compared to the same month last year.
