The Orlando real estate market in late 2024 saw stabilizing prices and growing inventory. Interest rates remained elevated but are expected to ease in 2025, which may boost buyer activity. Furthermore, demand continues to be fueled by job growth, lifestyle amenities, and more than 600 new Florida residents arriving daily.
