Next, we zoom in on your neighborhood—typically within a 2-mile radius. We evaluate recent sales, current listings, and any developments that might influence local pricing. This neighborhood snapshot gives important context for your home’s value.
🏡 Comparable Homes
We then compare your home to others that recently sold and are similar in size, age, and features. This Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is our most accurate way to determine your property’s true value in today’s market.
