Rachel Gregory has been a Realtor^® and our Lead Listing Specialist since 2014. She has sold over 350 homes, 90% representing home sellers.

Rachel Gregory has a passion for marketing and real estate. Her education, an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications and a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University, and her chosen career in real estate as a residential listing specialist, helping homeowners get their homes sold, is a perfect match for home sellers. She brings fresh and creative ideas to our team and clients with proven success.

Rachel’s experience helping our sellers list and sell their homes has given her a wealth of knowledge on the way buyers look and shop for homes, which has led her to great success in helping her buyers win multiple offer situations and secure the right home for them!

Rachel joined our team in 2014 and worked as Jean’s Listing and Marketing Coordinator for a little over a year before becoming a REALTOR^® on our team. Since 2015, she has gone on to sell over 350 homes. In June 2019, Rachel was named one of Orlando Real Producers Top 35 Under 35.

Rachel always does a terrific job in our video tours, one of which is featured above and is included as part of our “Signature” marketing package for every home we are hired to sell. It’s posted on our Facebook and YouTube pages where it is seen by thousands of people.
