Home Karen Fryer Karen graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro where received her bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management. She is our associate operations manager and executive assistant to our Realtors®. Karen Rodriguez grew up in the North Carolina foothills. During her high school years, she spent most of her time playing in a classical guitar ensemble and was a member of the Celtic Harp Club. During college, Karen participated in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. She enjoyed living in Central Florida and decided to move from North Carolina back to the area upon receiving her degree. Karen joined us in 2021, is our team’s lead administrator handling a wide variety of business operations, agent support, and client care duties. Karen has contributed solidly to the service our past clients have written about in our Google reviews.

Liz Sanchez

Liz Sanchez Liz Sanchez is our executive assistant since 2020, handling a wide variety of administrative responsibilities for our agents and clients.Her support is vital to the service we provide and a key reason for the 200+ Google 5-star reviews provided by our past clients. Liz is based in the Philippines. She work at 4 AM Orlando time, having important work ready for our Realtors® and staff when we open for business and our agents start work. Liz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Service with a major in International Studies. Before joining us, she worked as a travel agent, customer service representative for a U.S. telecom company, and tech support agent for a U.S. software company.
