Thomas Scott has been a licensed Realtor® since 2008 and joined Jean Scott Homes full-time in 2012. Before stepping into real estate, Tom built a 35-year career in retail pharmacy management. His depth of experience—from operations to customer service—makes him the backbone of our team’s daily success.
Tom also earned the GRI® (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation, a mark of dedication to professional excellence and deep industry knowledge.

Thomas Scott is our Operations Manager, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He develops systems, streamlines processes, and helps our agents stay as productive as possible—making sure everyone has the tools and support needed to serve our clients at the highest level.
From contract-to-close workflows to marketing platforms and website performance, Tom handles the moving parts so our agents can focus on helping buyers and sellers.
Tom and his assistant, Karen Fryer, work in the office during regular business hours. They’re often the first point of contact for our clients—and the steady center of support for our agents.
Whether it’s answering early questions or removing mid-transaction roadblocks, Tom brings quiet tenacity and calm professionalism to every interaction. Thomas Scott has a well earn reputation for getting the job done.
🌴 Thomas Scott: A Personal Touch

Tom moved to Port Orange in 1988 right after graduating from Long Island University College of Pharmacy. He settled in Oviedo in 1996, and over the years, Central Florida has truly become his home.
Tom and his wife Jean raised two daughters here and spent countless weekends staycationing across the region. From Daytona Beach Shores to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove to Disney Springs, and everywhere in between—Tom knows this area inside and out.
Whether he’s coaching youth hockey at the local rink or getting a database system designed for our agents, Tom’s approach is always rooted in community, connection, and care.
