Chuluota is a beautiful, lush green city that offers quaint and quiet country living with easy access to the surrounding cities. Resting in northeast Seminole County, it’s a comfortable distance from Orlando and Oviedo. The town is zoned for several excellent Seminole County schools, including Walker Elementary, Lawton Chiles Middle, and Hagerty High School.

Chuluota boasts a 625-acre wildlife sanctuary that supports a wide array of beautiful animals such as tortoises, white-tail deer, and many birds for watching. Among the city’s charm is its many nature trails, airboat tours of the swamp life in Black Hammock, and public parks.

Even in this small city you can still go out late and find a decent meal without driving far. If you have grown wry with the traffic and bustle of any city, Chuluota beckons with easy living, fresh air, and a gorgeous abundance of nature.
